The RSC Group, is hiring a Business Intelligence Architect/Analysts.  We are looking for professional individuals with 3-5+ years of industry experience in business reporting, measurement, analytics and architecture. 
Required skills:

• Work independently as well as contribute within a team environment
• Demonstrate initiative and creativity relating to assigned responsibilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines in a fast moving and team-based environment
• Hard working and self taught
• Strong client facing skills, specifically in identifying and gathering business requirements
• Fun to work with

Required Technical Expertise / Experience:

• 3-5+ years of Business Intelligence experience
• Business Intelligence knowledge in architecture and methodologies
• Targit report writer
• FRx/Forecaster Report writer
• Experience with analysis cubes, KPIs and balanced scorecards is required.

The salary range including base, incentive plan and benefits is $65k-$90k depending on experience.
