Project Manager/Business Solutions Consultant

The RSC Group, a Microsoft Gold Partner, is hiring Project Manager / Business Solutions Consultants.  We are looking for professional individuals with 5+ years of industry experience in Finance, Distribution, or Manufacturing.  Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (GP or NAV) is an asset.

Candidates must possess strong project management skills.  You have the ability to understand and interpret business requirements in order to provide business analysis, solution recommendations, functional requirement scope documents, consulting, and training.  Your superior accounting, communication, and multi-tasking skills will be utilized in this fast paced, rewarding position.

Must have experience and skills:

• 5+ years industry experience in Finance, Distribution, or Manufacturing
• Accounting or Industry Designation
• In depth knowledge of ERP applications (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
• Superior project management skills
• Ability to translate customer requirements into deliverable solutions
• Focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management
• Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
• Responsible, passionate, innovative, professional, organized team-player
• Ability to communicate effectively, meet deadlines, work under pressure

Position responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for implementing Microsoft Dynamics (GP or NAV). 
• You will participate in the complete customer life cycle from assisting the sales team with product demonstrations, through project planning, requirements mapping,solution design, consulting, training, data conversion, and business analytics.
• Your projects will result in high customer satisfaction by achieving project success criteria on time and on budget while providing an excellent professional consulting experience.
