Implementation Consultant

The RSC Group, a Microsoft Gold Partner, is hiring Customer Support Specialists.  We are looking for professional individuals with 1+ years of industry experience in customer training and support within Finance, Distribution, or Manufacturing environments.  Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (GP or NAV) is an asset. Candidates must possess strong technical skills, the ability to trouble-shoot issues, excellent customer relationship skills, and the ability to deliver training topics effectively.  Your calm demeanour, hunger for knowledge, and multi-tasking skills, will be utilized in this fast paced and rewarding position.

Must have experience and skills:

1. 1+ years industry experience in customer support and training
2. Foundation in Finance, Distribution, or Manufacturing topics
3. In depth knowledge of ERP applications (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
4. Excellent training skills
5. Focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management
6. Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
7. Responsible, passionate, innovative, professional, organized team-player
8. Ability to communicate effectively, meet deadlines, work under pressure

Position responsibilities:

1. You will be responsible for providing application support for our existing customers.
2. You will resolve issues that have been escalated from the Help Desk.
3. You will provide training on modules of Microsoft Dynamics (GP or NAV). 
4. You will participate in data integration and report writing projects.
5. Your efforts will result in high customer satisfaction.
