Project Consultant

The RSC Group, a Microsoft Gold Partner, is hiring Project Consultants.  We are looking for professional individuals with 2+ years of industry experience preferably in Finance, Distribution, or Manufacturing.  Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (GP or NAV) is an asset. Candidates must possess strong technical skills, the ability to deliver training topics effectively in a one-on-one or classroom environment, and a desire to build excellent customer relationship.  You have the ability to understand and interpret business requirements in order to provide process recommendations and training.  Your superior accounting, communication, and multi-tasking skills will be utilized in this fast paced, rewarding position.

Must have experience and skills:

1. 2+ years industry experience in Finance, Distribution, or Manufacturing
2. Accounting or Industry experience
3. In depth knowledge of ERP applications (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
4. Excellent training skills
5. Focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management
6. Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
7. Responsible, passionate, innovative, professional, organized team-player
8. Ability to communicate effectively, meet deadlines, work under pressure

Position responsibilities:

1. You will be responsible for implementing Microsoft Dynamics (GP or NAV). 
2. Your project participation will include consulting, training, data conversion, and business analytics.
3. Your projects will result in high customer satisfaction by achieving project success criteria on time and on budget while providing an excellent professional consulting experience.
