Junior Microsoft Dynamics GP Developer
The RSC Group, a Microsoft Gold Partner, is looking for strong individuals to build, upgrade and maintain Microsoft Dynamics GP customizations. We want employees that have a true passion and commitment towards the Microsoft Dynamics brand, experience with the Dexterity development platform and are excited about the future of Dynamics GP.
You should understand integrated systems from the business requirement perspective to the code level. You will be part of the development team responsible for defining, developing and delivering customizations in conjunction with customers, business solutions consultants and technical support staff.
Must have experience and skills:
- Education and/or experience using .NET (C# and ASP.NET)
- Education and/or experience developing with SQL Server
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills
- Responsible, passionate, innovative, professional, organized team-player
- Ability to communicate, meet deadlines, work under pressure

Position responsibilities:
- Develop business applications using the skills listed above
- Maintain, support and upgrade existing customizations
- Participate in all phases of the development cycle (sales, analysis, design, coding, testing, fixes, documentation, implementation) with an emphasis on writing quality code and customer satisfaction
- Deliver robust, efficient, well-designed and tested software on time and on budget
