Senior Retail Solutions Consultant

The RSC Group, a Microsoft Gold Partner, is hiring a Senior Retail Solutions Consultant.  We are looking for professional individuals with 3+ years of consulting experience with software technology solutions and an in depth knowledge of the retail industry. 

Must have experience and skills:

• 3+ years or more of consulting experience with software technology solutions in a leadership and project management role.
• In depth knowledge of the retail industry
• The ability to understand and interpret business requirements in order to provide business analysis, solution recommendations, functional requirement scope documents, consulting and training.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management
• Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
• Responsible, passionate, innovative, professional, organized team-player
• Ability to communicate effectively, meet deadlines, work under pressure
• Microsoft certifications, or the skills and ability to easily obtain them (Dynamics RMS, Dynamics GP, SQL Server 2005, Windows Server 2003, etc)

Position responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for implementing Microsoft Dynamics RMS and Microsoft Dynamics GP, for mid market, specialty retailers with up to 100 stores. This may also include Business Intelligence systems, Merchandise Planning systems, ECommerce solutions and mobile devices for retail.
• You will participate in the complete customer life cycle from assisting the sales team with product demonstrations, through project planning, requirements mapping, solution design, consulting, training, data conversion and business analytics.
• Your projects will result in high customer satisfaction by achieving project success criteria on time and on budget while providing an excellent professional consulting experience.
