Retail Solutions Sales Rep (Alberta)
The RSC Group, a Microsoft Gold Partner, is hiring Retail Systems Sales Rep for the Alberta territory. We are looking for professional individuals with 2+ years of industry experience within the retail technology industry.
Must have experience and skills:
- 2+ years or more of sales / marketing experience with software technology solutions
- Good knowledge of the retail industry
- Experience with Solution Selling
- The ability to understand and interpret business requirements in order to provide a detailed sales proposal to include software and hardware solutions, as well as professional consulting services.
- Focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
- Responsible, passionate, innovative, professional, organized team-player
- Ability to communicate effectively, meet deadlines, work under pressure
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics Retail Management System
Position responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for building and growing RSC's retail industry initiative in Alberta. This will include the sales of software, hardware and professional services to specialty retailers with 2 to 100 stores and $5M to $250M in annual revenue.
- You will manage a complete customer sales cycle for small and medium sized retail organizations by giving product demonstrations, documenting business requirements and preparing sales proposals.
- In larger sales opportunities, where RSC will utilize a team selling approach, you will act as a relationship lead for Alberta's retail clientele and coordinate with both the Vancouver sales and consulting teams.
- You will follow RSC's sales methodologies.
