Press Release: Change of Senior Roles at The RSC Group
Richard Rosenbaum passes the title of President and CEO to partner Brad Bushell
Vancouver, BC – November 8, 2007 –Richard Rosenbaum, the founder of The RSC Group, announced that as of November 1, 2007 he is stepping down as President and CEO and passing the role to partner Brad Bushell. This change has been evident to employees in a slow and methodical transition and the transition is now complete. The reason for the change is a positive one for all; The RSC Group has grown from 29 to 52 employees in the last year and acquired a Calgary team and office. With growth comes change and at the beginning of a new fiscal year, the timing couldn’t have been more appropriate.
“I am at heart an entrepreneur and it is time for a change and new challenges. It is also time for Brad to broaden his position and take on new challenges. Please join me in congratulating Brad in his new role as he makes this exciting move,” said Rosenbaum. “Brad has been instrumental in architecting our BIC plans for FY07/08 and will be guiding the RSC team towards our corporate objectives, so it really will be business as usual.”
Richard has been hands on in RSC since 1989, building the company to become Western Canada’s largest Microsoft Dynamics partner. He will be stepping into the role of Senior Partner and Chairman where he will explore new growth opportunities for RSC as well as head and champion special projects over the course of this growth time.
