A MARKETING AND TEAMING AGREEMENT WITH THE RSC GROUP
ADDS BILLING MODULE TO ITS EQUICARE CLINICAL
CASE MANAGEMENT OFFERINGS

Cogent Integrated Solutions Corp. a supplier of clinical case
management software to the Healthcare Industry announced a
comprehensive agreement with The RSC Group, a licensed reseller
of Great Plains Software a billing system for industry.
This agreement not only licenses the Great Plains billing
system for the use of Cogent clients and will be integrated
into the installation; but provides for extensive cross marketing
opportunities to maximize the complimentary capabilities not
available to each company.
The marketing portion of this agreement is backed by a royalty
agreement providing for payments as part of the contract whereby
Cogent will only market the RSC Great Plains Software Billing
Module as the preferred billing functionality module and RSC
will exclusively market the Great Plains billing system in
conjunction with Cogent where additional interface is required
within the health care market to the exclusion of all competing
products.
Both companies look forward to this agreement expanding
their marketing outreach and providing superior product to
all their clients within the healthcare sector who require
the additional functionality of each company.
