4.0 Training Manual
MICROSOFT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS AWARDS
THE RSC GROUP CONTRACT TO AUTHOR NAVISION 4.0 TRAINING MANUAL
Vancouver, BC, May 7, 2004.
The RSC Group, a Vancouver-based leader in providing financial
management, enterprise resource planning and customer relationship
management software, has been awarded the contract to create
a Navision 4.0 comprehensive training manual for Microsoft
Business Solutions' Navision 4.0 product.
Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) provides training manuals;
comprehensive aids designed to provide a detailed understanding
of their products. These manuals are available on a number
of different topics and are provided to participants attending
classroom training or participating in an online training
eCourse. They can also be purchased as another training option
for those who do not wish to participate in classroom and
online offerings.
The Navision 4.0 training manual will cover a number of specific
topics and will be provided to other Microsoft Business Partners
as well as customers to teach users how to effectively utilize
the business applications of Navision 4.0 and improve productivity.
It will include progressive levels of hands-on exercises to
allow users to expand their knowledge of the product and reinforce
learning.
Instructor Kits will also be produced by The RSC Group for
instructor-led training which is five days in length, and
includes a syllabus, instructor notes and Powerpoint slides
when applicable. They work as a comprehensive training tool
designed to provide Certified Instructors valuable insight
into training in various Microsoft offerings, provide customers
with up-to-date resources, and promote consistency among instructors.
