RSC Adds 2 Senior Professionals
The RSC Group is pleased to announce that Adam Brovender and Dennis Tsen have joined the RSC team. “The addition of these very experienced individuals allows us to realize our vision of providing unparalleled professional services to Western Canada’s Midmarket companies” says Richard Rosenbaum RSC’s founder and Senior Partner. “We have always been the strongest player with Microsoft Dynamics solutions; the addition of Adam and Dennis will extend this strength to our Business Intelligence, CRM & Collaboration lines of business.”
Dennis Tsen is a seasoned business intelligence solutions consultant with over 10 years of experience designing and developing data warehouses, OLAP applications and reports. As a business intelligence consultant and project manager, Dennis has developed his talents in management, leadership and analysis to complement the diverse technical skills that he has acquired.
Combining thought leadership with deep technical knowledge, Dennis assisted London Drugs consolidate in excess of 100 data sources into a single customer database. Through this, he has enabled the client to gain an accurate understanding of individual buyer behavior, and laid the foundation for in-depth reporting an analysis in ways that were not possible prior to the project.
Dennis earned his Degree in Computer Systems Technology the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. He also has certifications in numerous database and reporting platforms.
Adam Brovender is a consulting professional with over 6 years experience helping clients plan and implement a range of IT solutions. With a business analyst’s mindset, he approaches each initiative from a customer’s perspective, ensuring that business benefits and requirements are well defined before moving into technical solution design.
As the lead business analyst for Partners in Planning, Adam managed and mentored a group of junior business analysts during a back office system migration. He has also helped customers reduce their reliance on a variety of legacy applications and data silos, by implementing enterprise solutions that span business units.
Adam earned a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from the University of Calgary and MBA from the Haskayne School of Business. In 2008 he also received his PMP certification with the Project Management Institute.
Joe Horvath Joins RSC - May 2009
RSC is pleased to announce that Joe Horvath has joined RSC as an Account Executive. Joe is a technology sales professional with over 12 years of industry experience. Joe came to us from Ideaca’s management team where he spent the last 3 years focusing on business development in BC, and CRM sales across Canada. Joe had joined Ideaca in 2006 through the acquisition of iFusion Solutions, a Microsoft award winning Dynamics CRM VAR. As one of the founding partners of iFusion, Joe was responsible for building the company’s profile from the ground up, leading sales and marketing.
Prior to founding iFusion, Joe spent over 4 years at Pivotal Software, 2 of which in the Asia Pacific region, helping to start up and develop operations in both Sydney, Australia and Auckland, New Zealand.
