- Exporting
- When expenses, requests and orders and Time are approved
on the web, they become available for export to Great
Plains.
- In two clicks, those same records are available on
import screens from within your accounting system.
- At this point, data can be checked, fixed and imported
into Great Plains.
- Posting
- myExpense records are created as a payables transaction.
- An additional transaction is created in receivables
in the event that the expense is charged back to a customer.
- myRequest records are created in purchase order processing.
- myOrder records are created as a sales invoice or
receivables transaction.
- myTime records can be brought into US payroll, Canadian
payroll, Encore project tracking or Great Plains project
accounting.
