The power of Portal 2 lies in its ability to present valuable information from Microsoft Business Solutions Navision on the web without the requirement of additional user licences.

Portal 2 and myDesktop Navision integration features include:

• Exporting
  • When expenses, requests and orders and time are approved on the web, they become available for export to Navision.
  • The records are created as export files which are then imported into import screens from within your accounting system.
  • At this point, data can be checked, fixed and brought into Navision.
• Posting
  • myExpense records are created as a purchase invoice transaction.
  • myRequest records are created as a purchase order entry.
  • myOrder records are created as a sales journal entry.
  • If myTime records are associated to a job, they are created in the job journal, or else they are created in the resource journal.
